1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Relay's web applications, desktop clients, mobile applications, or API endpoints (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Relay Intelligence (“Relay”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register for, access, or use the Service.
2. Beta Software & Pre-Release Disclaimers
Portions of the Service are provided as early-access, beta, or preview releases (“Beta Software”). You acknowledge that the Beta Software may contain defects, experience periodic downtime, or undergo rapid architectural modifications. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
3. User Accounts & Authentication
To access private cohorts or cloud synchronization, you may register using Google Credential Manager or WebAuthn FIDO2 passkeys. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your hardware devices and registered credentials. Relay cannot recover access to accounts where all registered biometric hardware tokens and recovery keys have been lost.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Use Relay to record individuals without required legal consent in your jurisdiction.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble client binary packages or proprietary models.
- Circumvent rate limits, Cloudflare Turnstile verification, or priority waitlist queue allocation.
- Inject malicious payloads, exploits, or automated scrapers into the Relay synchronization mesh.
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain full copyright, ownership, and intellectual property rights to all audio recordings, transcripts, and task definitions you create.
Relay IP: The Relay name, logo, client applications, DAG graph parsers, and associated software are the proprietary property of Relay Intelligence.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Relay Intelligence or its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
